Food Allergy Wellness - Powerful Paths to Courageous Living with Food Allergies

When Crystal first started Cluttershrink® back in 2002, she used to plan the route of her commute from each client’s home or office based on where she could stop for lunch on the way home. Several years ago, everything changed. Crystal was diagnosed with celiac disease and several food allergies. She became a mom to two wonderful children with multiple food allergies as well, and now she finds herself managing 19 food allergies in her family of four on a daily basis.

Where is lunch going to be? turned into What safe foods can be stashed in a purse to ward off starvation? Now, a great portion of Crystal’s day involves planning out safe meals for her family. If you have food allergies or live with someone who does, you understand how much effort goes into organizing and making safe meals that everyone can eat.

Crystal has been organizing kitchens for years, but unlike a traditional kitchen, a kitchen for a family or individual with food allergies requires some extra attention. Avoiding cross-contact with allergens can be life or death. Crystal realized that while there are thousands of professional organizers in the United States, there are few others, if any, offering kitchen organization for food allergy safety and wellness. She’s inspired to offer a much needed and unique service to the food allergic community.

Work with Crystal in person or virtually to transform your kitchen into one giant safe zone for you and your family.
